In a world where immigrants, women, Latinos and members of The LGBTQ community are disenfranchised, discriminated, and treated as less than other humans.... It was time for the #AllHumansBelong movement. Divine laws and human laws rarely align. Before we hate on someone else and their labels—realize that before there were labels there were simply human beings deserving of the same love, respect, and human rights.

Elaine Mendoza’s story takes audiences by storm through her riveting story of how the labels placed on her throughout her life have changed everything. Speaking on the struggles of being labeled an illegal immigrant and a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Elaine highlights how her life has been stifled as a result of others. She teaches others how each of us belong as a human being, and how to never let anyone’s label decide your future. When Elaine left her safe corporate job in 2015, she did so to pursue a happier life and explore the world in the context of labels. With a great understanding of what racial, sexual, and personal labels can do within our personal and professional lives, Elaine is empowered to spark change. Even being called the "Change-Maker" by the Gandhi Foundation in 2017, Elaine hopes to share her message to the Sarasota-Manatee community.
