Why I’m Different
This isn’t just something I studied—it’s something I lived.
In 2015, I left corporate America and spent the last decade traveling, learning, and healing across the world.
I’ve:

Lived and trained with Buddhist monks and nuns practicing Vipassana meditation (100+ hours of silent practice)

Studied the Bhagavad Gita in a monastic setting in England

Immersed myself in different cultures, perspectives, and ways of living
This path changed me—personally and professionally.
And it shapes how I support others today.
My Philosophy
I believe healing doesn’t belong only to those who can afford “premium care.”
Everyone deserves guidance, support, and a safe space to rebuild their life.
That’s why I offer multiple ways to work together—so support is accessible, not exclusive.

After leaving my corporate job I become a Travel Blogger and Foodie. I realized through this experience that my story was much bigger then that. I am now speaking up and speaking out about my story as a Latino, LGBTQ+, Immigrant Women. These labels don't define me, or tell my story. They do nothing but divide people from our shared experience of being human.
Now I speak, I write and I share in hopes that all humans can come together and realize that #AllHumansBelong.
